We want you to love your Luna & Loop piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@lunaandloopjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
